By using Sellectiv's services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 
1. Scope of Services
Sellectiv offers consultancy, advisory, and administrative support for individuals and businesses seeking:

Residency visa services in Dubai, UAE
Company setup and structuring services
Relocation support including lifestyle management services
Sellectiv is not a government agency, immigration authority, or law firm. We act as facilitators, connecting clients with licensed partners and handling processes on your behalf.

 
2. Eligibility
Clients must:

Be over 18 years old
Provide accurate and truthful information
Not have legal restrictions, criminal records, or sanctions that could affect visa approval
We reserve the right to refuse service without obligation to provide a reason.

 
3. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

Provide all necessary documentation promptly and accurately
Respond to communication in a timely manner
Settle payments according to the agreed schedule
Comply with UAE laws and regulations during and after your application process
Failure to provide correct documents or information may result in delays, additional costs, or refusal of your application.

 
4. Fees and Payment Terms
All fees are due as specified in the service agreement or invoice.
Payments must be made upfront unless otherwise agreed.
Fees are non-refundable once services have commenced, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Government fees (such as visa issuance costs) and third-party charges (legal, translation, or medical services) are the responsibility of the client unless specified in your package.
Sellectiv is not responsible for changes in government policies, regulations, or costs.

 
5. Refund Policy
If an application is withdrawn before submission, a partial refund (minus administrative fees) may be considered.
No refunds are issued once documents have been submitted to relevant authorities.
In case of visa denial due to client misrepresentation or undisclosed legal issues, no refunds will be provided.
Each refund request will be individually reviewed.

 
6. Timelines
Sellectiv will make every effort to process applications swiftly; however, we do not guarantee exact timelines as they are subject to external authorities.
Delays caused by government processes, policy changes, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are not the responsibility of Sellectiv.
 
7. Confidentiality
All client information is treated with the highest level of confidentiality.
Sellectiv does not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where necessary to perform agreed services or required by law.
 
8. Liability
Sellectiv cannot guarantee the outcome of any visa, residency, or company setup application.
We are not liable for losses, damages, or missed opportunities arising from application denial, delays, or government changes.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid to Sellectiv for the specific service in question.
 
9. Changes to Terms
Sellectiv reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

 
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
